STARTER – “kickstart your French property journey”

This package helps you kickstart your journey. Perfect if you’re comfortable with the whole buying process in France, but you want us to source the initial properties and organise viewings. This part can be particularly challenging for non French speaking clients. Then it’s over to you for the viewings, negotiations, written offer, conveyancing, due diligence pre-sales agreement and completion.

SERENITY – “for peace of mind throughout”

Ideal if you want us to handle the whole buying process and you can come to view shortlisted properties relatively quickly. In the Serenity option we source properties, enquire, shortlist, arrange viewings, personally accompany you to viewings, negotiate on your behalf, draw up written offer, liaise with notary on due diligence and conveyancing, organise POA for pre-sales contract if necessary, accompany you to completion and organise hand-over of services and utilities.

PREMIUM – “measure twice, cut once”
Our top-level buying package, where not only do we handle the entire buying process from A-Z: sourcing homes, enquiries, shortlisting, arranging viewings, personally accompanying you to viewings, negotiating on your behalf, drawing up written offer, liaising with notary on due diligence and conveyancing, organising POA for pre-sales contract if necessary, accompanying you to completion and organising hand-over of services and utilities. In addition to what you get in Serenity, we also PRE-VIEW shortlisted properties on your behalf before you even need to get on a plane, providing you with a written and video report on each one. All properties will have been fully qualified and personally verified, before you book your viewing trip, meaning you only have to choose between houses you already know you’d like to buy.

I Want to Buy a Property in France - What's My Investment?

If you’re ready to purchase a home in France, you can choose from our STARTER, SERENITY & PREMIUM packages. Your investment for these services is as follows:

  • Starter

Our Starter service is billed 50% upon engaging our services and 50% once viewings have been organised.

Serenity and Premium packages are on a “no-win no-fee” basis, meaning you pay if and when we find you a suitable home in France.

There’s a 10% non refundable retainer of the expected end fee billed at the start, which is deductible from final the final commission on completion.
